1. Operator and acceptance

KAFO ONE is operated by CHA87, trading as KAFO ONE, CVR 34009775, Denmark. By creating an account or using KAFO ONE, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms clearly presented for a particular service or provider relationship.

2. What KAFO ONE does

KAFO ONE provides digital tools that can help customers discover, request and coordinate food, shopping, rides and other local services, and helps providers manage their KAFO presence and operational activity. Availability depends on participating providers, location, operating hours, technology and other real-world conditions.

3. Providers and fulfilment

Unless KAFO ONE expressly states otherwise for a specific service, the underlying ride, delivery, food, retail or local service is fulfilled by the relevant independent provider. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their service information, legal permissions, professional obligations, safety, quality and fulfilment.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to use. We may require reasonable verification to protect users, providers or the platform. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

5. Requests, availability and changes

A request is not guaranteed to be accepted or fulfilled. Estimated availability, timing, route or location information may change because of traffic, provider capacity, weather, connectivity, inaccurate location signals or other circumstances outside KAFO ONE's control. FindMe and map/location tools are coordination aids and are not emergency-navigation services.

6. Prices, fees and payments

Any customer price, provider fee, subscription, promotion or payment term that applies to a transaction or commercial relationship will be shown in the relevant product flow, provider workspace or separate commercial agreement. KAFO ONE will not treat a fee as agreed merely because it exists in an internal configuration that was not presented to the affected party.

Digital payment availability depends on supported payment providers and market readiness. Payment providers may apply their own terms, verification and processing rules.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse KAFO ONE, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform operation, impersonate another person or business, submit unlawful or deceptive content, harass users or providers, manipulate marketplace activity, commit fraud, or use KAFO ONE to facilitate illegal activity.

8. Messages, reviews and content

You remain responsible for information and content you submit. You grant KAFO ONE the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, display and process that content to operate the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

9. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, material breach, legal compliance, serious misuse, non-payment of an applicable provider commercial obligation, or protection of users and the platform. Where appropriate, we may give notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Intellectual property

KAFO ONE's software, brand assets, designs and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of KAFO ONE intellectual property.

11. Service responsibility and liability

We work to keep KAFO ONE reliable and secure, but internet, mapping, location, payment and third-party-provider services can fail or become unavailable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KAFO ONE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from third-party service performance or circumstances outside KAFO ONE's reasonable control.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Account deletion requests can be made through Account & Data Deletion.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, commercial model or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way before they take effect where required.

14. Governing rules and contact
